A Designer Focused on People, Purpose, and Experience

Kia Dyson

Golden Launch began as my way of combining two things I’ve always cared about: creativity and clarity. I started this studio to help mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs who have something meaningful to share but need a way to bring it to life online.

My work spans industries from public sector organizations and cultural brands to creative entrepreneurs and nonprofits. I’ve led digital transformations for advocacy groups and small business owners alike — creating websites and brand experiences that are not only visually compelling but built to perform.

Over the years, I’ve learned that great design is about more than visuals. It’s about understanding people, solving problems, and creating human-centered experiences that feel genuine and lasting.
