The FAQ’s

  • Landing page: 4 to 6 weeks. Website: 6 to 8 weeks. Brand + web: 8 to 10 weeks, all from contract signing. Timelines assume timely feedback and content from you. You'll receive a project roadmap during onboarding so you know what's coming.

  • Yes. A custom project is a significant investment, so we offer three structures: 50% at signing and 50% at launch (standard), three equal payments at signing, midpoint, and launch, or a custom arrangement discussed case by case. We finalize the plan in your proposal.

  • Yes. Most clients come to us with a site they've outgrown, whether it started on a template, the brand has changed, or it isn't bringing in inquiries. We review what's working, sharpen your positioning and messaging, and rebuild around your current goals. If your site mostly works and needs a few changes, we can quote updates or new pages as a one-off project.

  • Squarespace or Shopify, and we recommend one on your consultation. Squarespace fits service businesses, portfolios, and small catalogs. Shopify fits stores with larger inventories, shipping needs, and advanced commerce. You can manage either one without a developer.

  • We give you copy strategy and guidance: how to structure your messaging, what each page should say, and feedback on tone and clarity. We don't write full copy in our standard packages. Many clients write their own with our direction, and we refine it together during design. If you'd rather hire a writer, we can refer trusted partners.

  • Your copy or a clear sense of your message, photos and logo files, your goals and ideal client, and accounts for your platform and domain. Don't worry if you're not ready. We'll build a roadmap in onboarding and work through it together.

  • Every project includes support: 30 days for the landing page and website tiers, 60 days for Brand + Web, with training included so you can manage your own site. After that, you're set to run it. If you need updates or a new page later, we quote it as a one-off project.

  • Brand identity is part of Brand + Web Experience. If you need it on its own, ask on your consultation. Every site includes SEO foundations: clean structure, fast pages, mobile layout, and schema markup. We don't offer monthly SEO management or link-building.
